Ross & Morrison has recently added a mediation component to its active employment law practice. Ross & Morrison has represented numerous litigants in the mediation process and have obtained substantial expertise as advocates in that forum. Over the past years, after serving as an AAA panelist, Gary B. Ross received mediation training at Pepperdine Law School, obtained mediation certification through the County Bar's certification program, and is now a provider of mediation services through the Court's panel of attorney volunteers. Mr. Ross has a pending caseload of mediations and is available to conduct private mediations of employment disputes.
